The office Bearers at FLARE are formally accountable to the day to day functioning of the federation, its members for making decisions, obligations, actions and to always act in their interest and on their behalf. The office bearers are also responsible to monitor the operational and the financial performance of the federation through established policy and financial framework.
The office bearers at FLARE are inclusive of Director General, Founder President, President, Sr. Vice Presidents, Vice Presidents, Secretary General and the treasurer. The responsibilities and the accountability of the office bearers necessitate that he/she should showcase effective leadership exercised in a responsive, open and fair manner along with a strategic vision to improve the education system.
